I’ve added some aerial photos of the nicest private golf club in Salt Lake City, “The Country Club.” The course is also known as Salt Lake Country Club.

I’ve added a few aerial photos of Salt Lake City’s Rose Park Golf Course to the Hooked On Golf Blog photo gallery. Below is a sample, and you can click the photo to see more.
Located very close to downtown Salt Lake City, Rose Park Golf Course opened in 1958. The course was deisnged by Mick Riley.
“Rosey” is not a high-end golf course, nor would I recommend it for tourists who want to play the best golf courses in northern Utah. That said, the flat layout and always high quality greens make for an enjoyable walking experience.
The season is winding down, but there is still some green grass to be found here until the snow flies. At lunch a couple of days ago I flew the aerial photo/video hexacopter over a corner of Salt Lake City’s Meadowbrook Golf Course.

I spent some time in very windy conditions today capturing a few holes on the back nine of the Mountain Dell Lake Course. The Lake Course is one of two courses at Mountain Dell, the other being the Canyon Course. Mountain Dell is a municipal golf course located in Parleys Canyon, midway between Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah.
I captured the photos with my golf aerial remote controlled hexacopter. It is a rig I built myself for the purpose of capturing stunning golf photos and video. As you can see from the photo above and the other golf aerial photos in the Mountain Dell Lake Course photo gallery, the aerial rig is delivering some fantastic results!

Here’s a low flyover of the par-4 7th hole at one of my home courses, River Oaks in Sandy, Utah. This is a dogleg right with obvious trouble right (left too).
