Justin Rose missed a birdie to win the match but Zach Johnson still had to make a par putt from about 10 feet to extend the match to the 18th hole. No go. Justin Rose beats Zack and my final picks total is 22/32.
7:45PM ET
Justin Rose is still 1up, both players are in the fairway at the par-4 17th.

The only match left is Zach Johnson vs Justin Rose. My pick is Zach and if he wins I’ll be 23/32.
The match is currently through 15 holes and Justin Rose is 1up. Go Zach!

Tiger’s former coach Hank Haney tweets this:
“For all the talk of Tiger’s poor driving the last 6 years I have never seen him drive it out of play with a match or tournament on the line.”
I tweet this back to Hank:
Wasn’t that a 3-metal too, to keep it in play?
Hank tweets back to me:
@HOGGOLFBLOG it was a 3 wood but when u hit it 285 it isn’t automatic at all
It should be a great week to watch golf. The top four players in the world are in action this week.
#4 Phil Mickelson is at Pebble Beach. The top three, Tiger Woods, Lee Westwood and Martin Kaymer are in Dubai.

If you are lucky enough to work at home in your pajamas like me, perhaps you can tune into the last few holes of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Coverage has resumed on Golf Channel.
There are about six holes left to be completed and Mark Wilson currently holds a two shot lead (-18) over Vijay Singh, Martin Laird, Jason Dufner and Tommy “Two Gloves” Gainee.
Phil Mickelson is currently playing the 14th hole, but he’s too far back to contend this week at -11.
There are about six holes left to be completed in the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Play will resume Monday at 9 a.m. local time, or 11 a.m. ET. Golf Channel will have the coverage.
If you are stuck at work, you can check in here for results and commentary.
TV coverage of the Phoenix Open today
1-2:30 p.m. ET – Golf Channel
3-6 p.m. ET – CBS
After 6 p.m. CBS will hand off coverage back to Golf Channel, and they will air the tournament until play for the day ends. Play will not be completed today.
Monday Finish Times TBA
Golf Channel will cover the completion of the tournament, but the times are unknown. They won’t know how long or when the coverage will start until today’s (Sunday) round is completed. Then they’ll know how many groups need to finish. I’ll post that information as soon as it becomes available.
