Today has been a little rough. Started out having to blow up a floatie for the pool. Got a little dizzy. After recovering from the floatie thing, the rest of the day went (and has been) great. Here’s today’s office.
Oh on a work/golf related note, they’re expanding here and building a new resort which will feature a Greg Norman course, right next to Diamante. Great area.
Below is a little shot of my table. I couldn’t help taking a picture. Everything I need, water, beer, a HOG hat, sunglasses, chips, sunscreen, a towel, and amazing chile sauce which I just got the recipe for. Chile Arbol.
“Can you pick up a 12 year supply of toilet paper, a 2,400 pack of tampons, a giant bottle of Kalamata olives, a 55-inch flat screen TV, a 9,000 foot roll of aluminum foil, and a couple dozen urethane covered 4-piece golf balls for me when you are at Costco?”
This is hilarious.
But if you look at the specs the ball should perform just as good as a Titleist ProV1. It has almost the exact same compression and spin rates, four layers, urethane cover. It’s a tour ball. LOL. What’s better, is in standard Costco fashion, TWO dozen of their golf balls costs lest than one dozen ProV1’s! Who’s going to be the first tour player to sign an endorsement deal?
I’m thrilled to report I’m officially on hog-cation. For the next five days I will be enjoying the luxurious Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. My family arrived in time to spend some time at the pool. Here’s the view tonight.
As one of the top golf bloggers for over a decade, I’ve developed many great relationships with some of the best apparel brands on earth, and several other planets. After years of research, writing, and threads-on testing of golf apparel, I’ve developed my own sense of style. Unmatched, classy, unique, but not overstated, this is pure. This is style.
If you are interested in having me design custom apparel scripts for your golf wardrobe, use the site contact page and send me a note. My apparel scripting rates are surprisingly affordable. Financing and payment plans are available.
As you know if you are a regular reader of Hooked on Golf Blog, my favorite thing in the world isn’t golf, sex, money, fast cars, power…. Oh no. It’s apparel scripting. I have a new script which I’ve just put together with Linksoul, a very classy and high quality apparel brand by John Ashworth. Yes the same John Ashworth you may be familiar with from the Ashworth brand.
I’ve got a killer Linksoul pair of trousers and a golf polo to review. Since I have stubby legs and the trousers are long enough to fit Minute Bol, I have to get them tailored first before I can start the review.
Stay tuned for my review of this Linksoul apparel scripting, coming soon. To browse some of their great golf and life threads, check out the Linksoul Golf Apparel online shop.
