No Charges Against Tiger Woods for Car Accident

Reports out are saying there will be no charges for Tiger Woods related to the terrible car accident he suffered earlier this week. I’m thrilled and relieved to hear that. Like everyone I’m sure, I’m curious what happened.  Did he swerve to miss a dog in the street or something?  It was California, so maybe he swerved to miss a homeless person.
