The Ground is an accessory which you mount in the ground and lean your clubs on, rather than having your clubs on the grass. A solid arm snaps out to accommodate the tops of the clubs and arrange them. This is useful for preventing ground moisture from getting on your grips, or simply to keep you from forgetting your clubs.
On the course?
Realistically I don’t see many players taking The Ground onto the course. It is a bit awkward to insert and remove from a golf bag and it takes up valuable bag space. It also takes some effort to embed it into the ground and to remove it.
Home on the range
I DO see a use for The Ground at practice ranges, teaching facilities or demo days. I’ll use the unit when I’m practicing my chipping (see image above), which based on my stats, I don’t do close to enough.
With the possibility of having custom logos on the unit, golf club demo days would be a primary focus for this product in my humble opinion.
