I had the pleasure of playing a round of golf last week in Los Cabos, Mexico at the Cabo del Sol Ocean Course.  It was a pleasure playing with the Director of Golf (DoG) Greg Tallman.

The Ocean Course is a Jack Nicklaus signature design with some great elevation changes and some fantastic seaside holes.  The taco stand at the turn is world renowned.

    Beautiful place to play, Tony. Ha…I remember when I first played there. I don’t recall which hole it was, but there was a lone cactus in the middle of one of the fairways. I hit my second shot with a hybrid and saw it fly then sort of disappear. After a brief search, there it was, embedded in the cactus at about head height. I have a photo and would post it in this message, but no way to do that I guess.
