Never Saw That Coming… Back9Network Suspends Operations

File this under the “never saw that coming” category…

I’m shocked (that this didn’t happen sooner). Back9Network, also referred to by me as “Trash9Network,” has suspended operations due to a “temporary shortfall in capital.”

In English, they blew through the millions in VC money and it’s all gone.

With quality content like this it is hard to believe this “network” didn’t survive…

I’ve been very critical of this “media” entity and quite honestly I think it is better for golf that it goes away.

I am with you this announcement being good for Golf. Doesn’t seem they were in tune with the realities of Golf and the core golfers who support golf’s economy.
