This is going to be one of the most exciting golf equipment reviews coming up. In for review are my new, custom made SCOR wedges. SCOR does things a little differently. They don’t just make golf wedges. SCOR specializes in making a set of “scoring clubs” which replace the short end of a golfer’s bag. In my case from the 9-iron to the lob wedge I have five new clubs, all perfectly gapped at four degree increments.
SCOR clubs utilize the V-Sole technology I first reviewed way back on January 3rd, 2006! Back then the technology was part of the Eidolon V-Sole wedges. It is 2013, some SEVEN years later and I still have the Eidolon 56 in my bag. It is the best club I’ve ever used out of the sand.
Stay tuned for my SCOR review coming up in the next few weeks, after I’ve had ample time to review them and see how they perform on the course. I’ve had a chance to talk at length with SCOR founder Terry Koehler and I’ll be posting a interview with Terry as well.
