Join Hooked On Golf Blog On Google+

I’ve started a Google Plus page for Hooked On Golf Blog. I invite you to join HOGG+!

I’ll admit I’m not the biggest Google Plus fan at this point. It is a bit sterile and dos-like over there, and certainly small compared to Facebook though there are some 400 million on there. An associate of mine best described it, “Google knows algorithms, not people.” I hope that it improves, as I may be moving more to G+ as Facebook gets more and more screwed up.

From an SEO perspective Google+ is a must use social media platform. Especially if you plan to build Authorship.

I have been on and off your blog a couple times and i just recently discovered you actually live about 10-15 minutes from my house :).

Tony…I have been a loyal blog follower an participant for years…BUT, I despise Google and anything they stand for! Just letting you know I will not participate in your Google+ blog, but will continue to follow yu through direct link on YAHOO as well as Facebook. Best wishes for th holiday season and the years to com! PS..in Durango, CO right now visiting my daughter…I am so envious of you living in the West!

  I hear you. I’m not a big google+ fan but recent changes in the Facebook algorithm have soured me big time on that platform. I’m only reaching between 1-8% of my fans there unless I pay. And posts of certain types, like with URL links, get viewed even less.
  
  Ultimately there’s no need for someone to “follow” or like HOG to on a social network. Just visit the golf blog directly, which is best anyway! Or you could subscribe to the RSS feed.
