Video interview/highlights of the Mizuno Performance Fitting System from the 2102 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida.
Very cool product I found at the 2012 PGA Show by a local Utah company Switch Belt. These belts are made from plastic, so they don’t stretch and are waterproof. If they get dirty, throw them in the dishwasher with last night’s lasagna dishes. The belts come in one size, which is cut to size by the user.
Switch belts come in 14 colors in both belt and buckle, creating 196 different color combinations.
Well played…
I’m putting new grips on my clubs today from UST Mamiya. Testing soon. I’m not the best club grip tech, as is evident by the fact that I not only burned my thumb so bad heating up and removing the old tape with a heat gun, but the fact that I then scraped the freshly formed blister off of my thumb. The best news is that I tee off in about 40 minutes.
Don’t try this at home. I’m a professional…
I talk with TaylorMade’s Dean Snell, golf ball expert, about the new 2012 TaylorMade golf ball models at the 2012 PGA Show. We talk about the new TaylorMade Penta TP5, TP3 golf ball and the new RocketBallz golf balls. You should be able to tell which TM golf ball is best for your game after viewing this video!
At the 2012 PGA Merchandise Show demo day last week, I stopped by Champ Spikes and checked out the new Fly tees, the Zarma six prong cushioned golf cleats and the Flix “divot repair instrument.”
I’m working on getting Champ to provide some prizes for fantasy golf this year, hopefully some Flix divot repair instruments with the HOG logo on them. Stay tuned on that.
