I have fond memories of playing the TPC, like dumping a sleeve of the yet to be released new version of the Titleist ProV1’s into the drink on #17. The caddy bailed on me after the 2nd ball. Another fond memory was birdieing the 14th hole, the toughest on the course, after knocking a 7-iron to about three feet. Another fond memory is just standing on the back of the 17th green and looking at the “better than most” putt Tiger Woods made en route to his PLAYERS victory. Tough putt.

You’ll gather this, but the biggest impression I had from playing the TPC Sawgrass, pun intended, was that it is a BIG course. Everything is big from the fairways to the bunkers to the trees to the water hazards and of course, the price to play it.
