Greetings from the tarmac of the Denver airport.
This is literally one of the first chances I’ve had to actually write into the blog. The PGA Show was non stop meetings, videos, interviews and cocktail parties.
Though I haven’t posted much during the show, I have a TON of media which will be hitting the web as soon as I can prepare iit. I even edited several video interviews with Titleist and TaylorMade while at 32,000 feet between Orlando and Denver.
Tune in often this week, and I’d recommend several times per day. Show posts will be coming hard and fast.
It is tough for me to get much done with my bad shoulder and one arm here at the show. But as I get by a computer and find a connection and some time to work, I’ll be uploading media.
Below is an interview I did with my pal Gary from TaylorMade on the new white R11 and Burner Superfast 2.0 Drivers. Gary takes us through all the cool features and explains in great detail the concepts behind them.
Honestly, it has been a tough day. Being in pain with the separated shoulder and having that shoulder in the sling has made it difficult to get done even half of what I would normally do. I’ve got three, wait FOUR cameras including my iPhone. I’ve got 3-4 computing devices for working with media etc. But just getting something out of my pocket is a lot of work. So my posting about the show will be coming, just not as fast.
The Good Stuff
The show was good today. Big crowds. I visited many of the cool connections I have with some great companies like Bridgestone, Titleist, TaylorMade etc. I will have video interviews coming soon as I get them edited.
I’ve met some cool people, including meeting Scotty Cameron today.
Stay tuned and posts will be coming. Also be sure to hit my twitter account as I have some other posts and content there too.
Today is yet another day on the HOG World Tour (new category just created by the way). Homey (my world travel companion) and I just finishing packing and will be heading off to the airport shortly to catch a flight on Southwest to Orlando, Florida. The PGA Show awaits.
Once again, use the site contact form to send me a note if you’d like to meet at the show!
I will be Tweeting and Facebooking the little things during my journey and at the show, so be sure to check out out the HOG Twitter page, the Tony Korologos & TGS Twitter page and my Facebook page for stuff which may note find its way here. It is a golf social media smorgasbord. Chow down.
