My back has gone out again. This time I went to a local doctor who is doing laser treatment as well as spinal decompression. It is a big deal for me to go to a doctor, but I’m getting sick of missing golf and being in stabbing pain.
Inversion
I’m also trying something new. I now have an inversion table. I just set it up yesterday. You basically “hang upside down” and let your body weight decompress your spine.
Between the doc and the inversion table, I’m doing much better one day into the tweak than I normally would.
More to follow.
Tony…I am telling you..believe in that inversion table. Not only when you are in pain, but at least 4 days a week, and even more during the golf season. Great for the back, as well as an awesome situp position!!
Tony,
The inversion table is a wonderful equipment to correct problems with your spine and disc damage. Hanging upside down does help not only spine but also your blood circulation as the therapy.
In case if you pain is a combination of spine/disc plus ++ back muscles… which is very common, you need additional help.
I would also recommend you to try all natural remedy called
“Natural Body and Joints Rejuvenation Creme” by Marina Kodi.
The founder of this company developed this product for herself and it proved to have an amazing self-healing properties.
Please, do not forget to cover your back with a blanket of scarf to 30-40 minutes after you apply the creme on your back. Good luck. Let me know how you are doing.
Best regards,
