There are some interesting notes here for players, officials and media here in the media center at the Byron Nelson Championship which I’ve been reading.

Pictured below is the floating HP logo right of the 11th hole.  Believe it or not, there’s a provision in the Byron Nelson Championship to take into account if a ball comes to rest on or near this floating logo!

Players may not get free relief if their ball comes to rest on the HP logo!

“NOTE: Hole #11 – The floating logo in the water hazard is an integral part of the course and there is no relief under the TIO (temporary immovable obstructions) rule.”

do they have the same rules notes when they float cars in the water hazards too?
