I was thinking “Cink wins” and it is an upset? Then I looked at the seeds, and I see why it would be an upset. But I think a very believeable one. Good call on Crane who is 2 up through 8 as I read your “from yesterday” picks. I think the whole slow play thing could drive a competitor crazy, so Crane deserves some extra credit for his “strategery”
Tiger won’t lose first round, but I would be happy to be wrong about that. I don’t think he will make it past round 3, and by Monday, he will be #4 or #5, but will definately no longer be #3. McDowell and Mickelson are in the same division, so one will be knocked out for sure before the final 4. Not sure if that would still garner enough points to topple Tiger.
I am thinking McDowell or McIllroy is winning this whole thing.
