Whenever there are emails floating around about Tiger Woods home they’re often tied to real estate entities of some sort. I got an email from a guy named Jeff Lichtenstein which had this attachment of Tiger Woods house, with the new golf layout etc. Needless to say, this pad doesn’t suck. If you are considering playing this course, you might want to wait 2-3 weeks. It looks like the greens have just been punched and sanded…

Jeff is with Christies / Great Estates and Illustrated properties and/or jeffrealty.com. At the risk of posting a copyrighted photo without permission I’m mentioning his name, and here’s a link to an analysis of the property and the practice facility by Cary Lichtenstein. I don’t know the relation but I’m sure there is one.

I believe Tiger Woods new estate is in Jupiter Florida and not in Juniper Florida .

I would like to add few more information. It has been reported that Tiger’s swanky new $50 million estate is located in Jupiter Island, Florida. Woods bought the property in 2007 and the original estate measured 9,729-square feet. The golfer later added a slim lap pool, a reflecting pond, a gym/media room that measures 6,400-square-foot and an elevator. It can also be observed that Wood’s estate is dotted with a number of golf type formations.
